The practical skills area is comprised of multiple training facilities in an indoor facility that can accommodate multiple vehicles.
The 2-story interior training building named "Joe's House" has 2 configurations, one side being a residential home and the other being a commercial taxpayer style home. The halls upstairs connect the two parts of the structure along with movable walls and furniture with the ability to block hallways using the locking dividers. In addition to these options of configurations it also has floor cutouts from the roof to the first floor for rescue training.
The roof prop has 2 pitch and 2 flat to practice roof operations on using 4ft x 4ft plywood. This area also has our sprinkler lab below it for sprinkler operations training. Multiple training aids and props can be found in the are listed below:
